FAQ

MEMBERSHIP & OPEN PLAY

Q : I have a membership, but I don't have friends to play with ?
Our Open Play service is the right choices. You can play with anyone who participates in it. One of our goals in providing this service is to bring each other together so that one day they can form a new group to play separately according to their respective skill levels.

Q : What is Open Play ?
Open play means court sharing. Players can play immediately when there are courts available to use. Whenever there are more players than courts, all players will have to queue up and play in turns by following the applicable rules.

Q : What are Open Play rules ?
1. Players have to Queue Orderly (First-in, First-out).
2. Each game consists of 21 rally points (only 1 game allowed).
3. After finishing the game, you have to queue again (take turns with the others).
4. Please be courteous and mindful of others waiting to play, and vacate the courts once your game is finished.
5. If a conflict or undesirable incident occurs, management has the right to stop or expel players from the service.

Q : How do you provide courts for Open Play services ?
We will provide several courts when the Open Play hours begin. Usually 1 court has a maximum capacity of 6 people, so depending on how many people show up at that time, we will provide a court according to needs. Please note that we also have other services such as training and court rental. So, we will determine the provision of courts efficiently.

Q : What if I want to play with my own group without having to take turns with other people?
We provide court rental services. Once you have rented it, you have complete rights to determine who can play with you in the court without interference from others.
